Hello, my name is Tangela Price and my husband is Steven Price. We are native Floridians currently residing in West Palm Beach, FL. Steven attended and graduated from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. I (Tangela) attended and graduated from Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama. We have three beautiful children and have seen the negative affects that "Baby Momma Drama" has had on our family, but more specifically with our oldest daughter. We have been sorely let down by the court system and the agencies that are supposed to benefit both parents (Child Support System). We realized early that we needed to finally take a stand. We are committed to letting God, through Christ, guide us in the handling of this matter with dignity, integrity and love. In all things we will try to be a sound witness for all to recognize. Not only have we seen how ‘Baby Momma Drama’ has affected us directly, but as educators, we see what it does to the kids we service day to day. This problem rots the very fabric of our world. We can no longer just look away.
The laws pertaining to the family court system are archaic and non-useful to the father, his children and even the mother. We make the father into a victim and the mother into a person with no sense of accountability. The system allows 'some women' to indulge in total irresponsibility concerning their children. This was the case with our personal situation. Our misery became our ministry so now we are drafted and enlisted to fight the war against 'Baby Momma Drama'. We tend to forget about the well being and best interest of the children who so desperately need to know that they are loved and can have a good relationship with both parents! We know about deadbeats, but it’s time to give praiseworthy fathers who do the right thing a voice. We believe by correcting how the courts handle this important and extremely sensitive matter, we will help improve the quality of the world we live in.
Thank You and Remember, “Fatherhood Matters”
